Tantra Therapy/Coaching - Zoom

Tantra therapy is a tool for transformational growth and healing. The practice is intuitive and varies depending on the flow, the intention and the impulses surfacing during the session; common tools are a mix between somatic therapy, energy work, shadow work, coaching, play, meditation, movement and hypnotic tools such as aspecting. Sessions can be booked for you as an individual, or for two or more people in any kind of relating to each other.  The sessions will be held over zoom.

I will be with you as company. We don't need to do anything special at all, we could e.g. just hang out, cook together, take a walk, talk, or watch a movie. I will simply be fully present with you. For 8 hour hangouts, minimum two (gluten free) meals are expected. Please let me know if you want to cook together, go out, or if you prefer I bring my own food. In the two first cases food/meal costs are added. Meal decisions can also be taken later via email.

For 5 hour hangouts, minimum one (gluten free) meal is expected. Please let me know if you want to cook together, go out, or if you prefer I bring my own food. In the two first cases food/meal costs are added. Decisions about meal(s) can also be taken later via email.

This session is perfect for you who doesn't feel drawn to the challenges that higher intensity sessions can come with, but who still wants to be in loving connection in a relaxed and soft way.
