In 2007, I moved to Sweden and began a profound journey of self-discovery. Becoming a mother led me back to my Mexican roots, inspiring me to explore my lineage and the women who came before me. I uncovered a powerful feminine heritage of healers, shamans, Reiki practitioners, and tarot readers, understanding that this path was also mine to embrace. In Sweden, I became a certified life coach and yoga teacher, integrating these practices with the wisdom of my ancestors. Today, I combine these tools to guide and support other women through healing sessions and women’s circles, helping them connect to their own inner strength and wisdom.
